abstract
This articel discusses the development of Generation Z’s potential, which is determined not only by intelligence but also by talent and personality that are closely interconnected. Intelligence plays a role in the ability to understand and solve problems, talent directs individuals toward specific abilities that develop through appropriate stimulation and opportunities, while personality influences how individuals respond to their environment. Educational practices that continue to emphasize cognitive aspects result in an unbalanced development of potential. Therefore, this study aims to explain the interrelationship between intelligence, talent, and personality, as well as to identify the barriers to their development, in order to support the holistic and sustainable growth of Generation Z’s potential.
