This study aims to explore and understand the principles of ministry taught by Jesus Christ as recorded in Matthew 11:28-30 and to examine the relevance of these principles in the context of pastoral counseling. The research method used is descriptive literature, involving in-depth analysis of the Bible and related literature. The principles taught by Jesus are crucial in pastoral counseling because they not only provide advice or guidance but also help individuals draw closer to Christ. These principles include attentive listening, showing love and empathy, and providing spiritual support based on Jesus' teachings. By applying these principles, it is hoped that God's servants can offer more effective pastoral counseling, helping individuals face life challenges with faith and find peace and comfort in their relationship with Christ. This study presents theoretical understanding and offers practical applications of Jesus' teachings in the context of church ministry. Despite some limitations, this research is expected to provide significant benefits for God's servants in enhancing the quality of their pastoral counseling services..
