This study discusses the phenomenon of social prejudice in the campus environment and efforts to reduce it through intergroup collaboration as a strategy for building harmony. The background of this study stems from the fact that diversity on campus, although ideally a source of tolerance, often gives rise to prejudice, stereotypes, intergroup anxiety, and even discrimination. Based on Gordon Allport's Contact Hypothesis theory, this study emphasizes that intergroup interactions are only effective in reducing prejudice if they meet certain conditions, such as equality of status, common goals, positive interdependence, and support from campus authorities. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review of journals and books published between 2015 and 2025. This study provides recommendations for higher education institutions to design collaborative programs that are well-planned, systematic, and fully supported by the campus in order to create an inclusive, tolerant, and harmonious environment
