The development of teachers' social capacity is a strategic aspect for improving the quality of education in schools. Teachers are not merely instructors; they also serve as educators bearing social, moral, and spiritual responsibilities in shaping students' character. This paper aims to analyze how the development of teachers' social qualities contributes to improving the quality of school education, grounded in the perspective of Christian faith, Christian support for educators, and religious moderation. The research method employed a literature review (library research), carefully examining academic materials such as books, academic journals, and related documents concerning teachers' social qualities, Christian education, and religious moderation. The research findings indicate that Christian faith provides the ethical and spiritual foundation for teachers to responsibly fulfill their social roles. Christian support for educators functions as a means to promote teachers' spiritual, emotional, and professional growth, enabling the establishment of healthy and humane relationships within the school environment. Meanwhile, religious moderation is a concrete manifestation of teachers' social qualities, fostering a tolerant, inclusive, and dialogic stance amidst diversity. Therefore, the cultivation of teachers' social qualities based on faith, Christian support, and religious moderation significantly contributes to enhancing the quality of inclusive, character-building education.
