Education plays an important role in producing a quality generation in the era of globalization. SMP Negeri 4 Pineleng has prepared a systematic learning strategic plan to realize its vision and mission. This article reviews the plan development process, implementation challenges, management strengths, and strategies for facing competition. The main challenges include the dynamics of student development, limited infrastructure, and the readiness of teaching staff. However, the school has strengths such as visionary leadership, effective resource management, and student achievement. Through character strengthening, extracurricular development, and collaboration with parents, SMP Negeri 4 Pineleng is committed to providing quality education that is relevant to the needs of the times
