This study aims to analyze the role of Pancasila values and Christian faith in developing a contextual church counseling model in Indonesia's multicultural society. This study is motivated by the need for church counseling services that are not only oriented towards spiritual and psychological aspects, but also sensitive to national values and diverse social realities. The theoretical framework of the study integrates pastoral theology, the concept of church counseling, and Pancasila values as an ethical and social framework. The method used is a qualitative approach with library research through critical analysis of theological literature, scientific journals, and academic sources relevant to the Indonesian context. The results of the study show that Christian faith serves as a transformative theological foundation in church counseling, while Pancasila values reinforce inclusive, humanistic, and multicultural attitudes in pastoral counseling practice. The integration of these two dimensions produces a holistic, relevant, and responsible “Faith-Pancasila” based church counseling model for Indonesia's pluralistic congregation and society.
